Also called Acerola. Takes full sun. Fruits best with all day full sun. Has shallow vigorous roots so water frequently not deeply. Self pollinating. Frost sensitive. Cold hardy to the 20s F. Needs lots of water to fruit well.

Cuttings with IBA rooting hormone may be simplest.
