I bought a mataojo seedling from Adam at the CRFG plant sale.

2023 November 5

Planted in the front yard under a moringa tree. The planting hole was only slightly bigger than the pot the tree was in and I didn’t amend the back fill. I watered it in with SFA and Exceed Garden Combination inoculant.

2023 November 7

I covered the plant with frost cloth and put a string of incandescent C9 lights under the frost cloth on a thermostat set to 50F.

2023 November 19

I changed the thermostat setting to 45F.

2024 March 3

Looks like it is pushing some new growth.
