I ordered 25 Mexican Cream Guava (psidium guajava) seeds from Wanderlust Nursery for $3.00 plus shipping. The packet label said that the seeds were harvested in 2023.

I put 13 to soak in room temperature water for 3 days.

The other 13 I quick soaked for 3 minutes at 175F as suggested by this article. Then I put the seeds in a zipplock with a moist paper towel under bright light 10 hours a day.
